1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cz444", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cz444 platform, its operators, and all associated entities operating under the international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a cz444 account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the cz444 platform.
• "Platform" means the cz444 website, mobile interface, and any related software or services accessible via cz444.vip.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, sports betting, casino, fishing game, and slot products offered by cz444.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the cz444 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account activation and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposits awarded by cz444 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled limit-setting and self-exclusion features available within every cz444 account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the cz444 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between cz444 and the Player.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any revision of these Terms, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by the current version of these Terms & Conditions.

cz444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cz444 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use cz444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. cz444 operates a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions.
2. You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or on behalf of any third party without express written authorisation from cz444.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It remains your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from cz444 or had your cz444 account closed by cz444 for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of cz444 or its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the cz444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa).

cz444 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to making your first withdrawal or at any point cz444 deems necessary:

• Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or relevant bank)
• Selfie holding the submitted identity document, where requested

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by cz444 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. cz444 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. cz444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

cz444 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. cz444 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on cz444:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where cz444 approves an alternative at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• cz444 reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• cz444 does not charge internal transaction fees, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

cz444 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Player's account balance if the withdrawal triggers an AML review, if KYC documents have not been satisfactorily provided, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, cz444 will notify the Player and request the necessary documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cz444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all cz444 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a single bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse.
• cz444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active offer, or disqualify a Player from a promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or circumvention of the Terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds in excess of a stated maximum cap may be reduced to that cap at the point of withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering process, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

cz444 operates a sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL, international Test series, and T20 tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports, as well as live casino tables, slot games, and fishing game titles. Each product category is governed by product-specific rules accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

The following general rules apply across all cz444 betting and gaming products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the system. cz444 will not cancel or void a confirmed bet at the Player's request except in circumstances outlined in the product-specific rules (e.g., event cancellation, obvious technical error).
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, cz444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
• cz444 may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets or games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by Player account tier.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at cz444's discretion during periods of high uncertainty (e.g., rain delays in cricket, VAR reviews in football). Bets placed before suspension will stand unless the relevant market is subsequently voided.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over cz444's pricing or game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

For cricket betting specifically, cz444 follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes in rain-affected matches. Match result markets will be settled based on the officially declared result, including any DLS-adjusted target.

8 Responsible Gaming

cz444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling on cz444 is intended solely for entertainment. It must not be viewed as a source of income, a method of recovering previous losses, or a solution to financial difficulty.

Every cz444 Player has access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools, available immediately and at no cost from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Automated pop-up reminders displayed at regular intervals showing your net session profit/loss.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your cz444 account. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed. All marketing communications will cease. Any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cz444 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one cz444 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in breach of applicable AML regulations.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion with other Players to exploit offers.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Sharing account access with, or playing on behalf of, any third party.
• Conducting any activity that cz444 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, market manipulation, or a security threat to the Platform or other Players.

cz444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where criminal activity is suspected, cz444 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records in accordance with its legal obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the cz444 Platform — including but not limited to the cz444 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of cz444 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any cz444 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using the cz444 brand, name, or trademarks in connection with any third-party product, website, or service.
• Scraping, indexing, or harvesting any data from the Platform using automated means.

Any intellectual property rights in content submitted by Players to cz444 (such as support tickets or feedback submissions) remain with the Player, but the Player grants cz444 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for internal operational and improvement purposes.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

cz444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cz444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

• Payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) solely for the purpose of processing your transactions.
• KYC and identity verification service providers engaged by cz444.
• Regulatory authorities or law enforcement bodies where required by law or by our licensing obligations.
• Fraud detection and AML screening systems used to protect the Platform and its Players.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cz444 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the above, cz444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from network outages, banking system delays, or third-party payment processor failures outside cz444's control.
• Any interruption to the Platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by Players in relation to their use of the Platform, including betting decisions and the outcome of games.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or their sharing of account access with third parties.

cz444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Disputes & Complaints

cz444 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cz444 service — including a bet settlement, withdrawal issue, or account decision — please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the cz444 customer support team via the on-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may request escalation to the cz444 Compliance team by referencing "Formal Complaint" in your follow-up communication.
3. Step 3 — Final Review: The Compliance team will issue a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving an escalated complaint.

cz444 aims to resolve all complaints at Step 1. The escalation process exists as a safeguard and is rarely necessary for routine account and payment queries.

All disputes relating to the settlement of bets or game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cz444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — cz444 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via:

• Email notification to the registered address on your cz444 account, and/or
• A prominent on-platform notification displayed upon login.

For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to payment method names), cz444 may update these Terms without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the cz444 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cz444 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between cz444 and a Player that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 13, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights that Players may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
